Easy Cornbread

1 cup yellow corn meal
1 can cream style corn
3 eggs, beaten
8 oz. sour cream


Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees until done in center.

  1. I make a corn pudding that is delicious. You should try it:
    1 box jiffy
    1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
    1 can cream style corn
    1 stick of butter
    1 tbsp sugar
    8 oz sour cream
    1 egg
    1 stick of butter
    Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
