Coconut Pie

Coconut Pie

Ingredients :
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Coconut extract

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Beat sugar and egg in a large mixing bowl until pale yellow.  Whisk in butter & flour until blended.  Add the milk, coconut and the extracts.  Pour into a prepared pie shell that has been transferred to a baking sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min. until firm.  Let cool before serving.
