Tennessee Caviar

2 cans black eyed peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can Rotel, drained (hot or mild as you prefer)
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
4-5 green onions, chopped
2 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro or flat leaf parsley
1 TBSP minced garlic
1- 8 oz. bottle Zesty Italian dressing, may use Fat Free
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with tortilla chips.
