Is this a biscuit or a muffin? A muffcuit? A Bisfin? Yesterday morning I decided to mix up Darcy some garlic-cheddar biscuits. I decided to bake these in mini-muffin tins. They turned out really nice, and so yummy.
Oops, sorry... LOL I use Bisquick mix, and you know I never measure anything.. but for you, I would say 2 cup Bisquick 1 tbsp. California garlic salt 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese just enought milk to moisten. Stir with a spoon... Spoon mixture into muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray.. Bake at 350 degrees just until browned..
