Hope's Chicken Pecan Quiche
This recipe comes from my sister Hope! This picture was taken last night before she popped it in the oven!
Looks delicious! She said it turned out great!
Chicken Pecan Quiche

Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in vegetable oil. Set aside 1/4 of mixture. Press remaining mixture in bottom and sides of a 9-inch round dish. Prick sides and bottom with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
3 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise 3 drops hot sauce
